Old Samsung cell phone like new again: battery replacement for a fixed price of 49 euros

At a total of 22 locations in Germany, owners of a Galaxy smartphone can have their battery checked and replaced for 49 euros. The offer applies to a total of 16 Samsung Galaxy devices that are up to five years old. With this, Samsung and Vodafone want to draw their customers’ attention to the fact that a weakening battery does not necessarily mean that a new smartphone has to be purchased. By replacing the battery, customers can keep their old smartphone with its cherished functions and benefit from a long battery life again.

Galaxy smartphone owners should do this beforehand

All Samsung Galaxy smartphones offer various diagnostic functions in the Samsung Members app, including battery status. The battery status is also displayed here. If it makes sense to replace the battery, this can be done within the campaign period at one of the participating Samsung Customer Plazas or Vodafone Repair Shops for 49 euros.

The battery is replaced by expert staff with the appropriate tools, and the old battery is disposed of properly, as Samsung promises.
