According to a current pension notification, Oliver Pocher is only entitled to EUR 300-400 per month – but he does not pay into the system either.

In the “Bild” broadcast “A quarter past eight” Oliver Pocher (43) spoke about his low pension in old age. He had only recently seen his current statutory pension entitlement: “Currently I get 300, 400 euros a month.” Pocher is certain: “The pension system cannot be maintained like this, everyone knows that.”

The topic of pensions is neglected in the election campaign

According to the comedian, he is someone who honestly does not pay into the statutory pension system. The submission would only be automatic in some acting jobs, he explained at the discussion table at which Sophia Thomalla (31) was also sitting. With regard to the topics of the program, he also explained: “We talked about gender language – but topics like the environment and pensions are much more burning and are completely neglected in this election campaign.”

In fact, the majority of the show revolved around excitement topics such as gender and political correctness. The latter was Pocher’s self-chosen topic: “There is no longer a legal vacuum, as it should be on stage. It must be possible to make fun of things that are politically incorrect.” This will result in a “movement that goes in the direction of cancel culture.” Pocher complained that he noticed that he too had scissors in his head.
