Oliver Pocher: He resists Michael Wendler's threatened criminal complaint

Even after pop star Michael Wendler (47) and his girlfriend Laura Müller (19) threatened him with a criminal complaint, comedian Oliver Pocher (41) does not want to give up his current favorite activity: With a new Instagram video, he takes the couple back on the Shovel – and turn the tables.

"I'm pissed off! A certain Michael W. with his underage companion creates my romantic videos!", Pocher writes in his post and adds: "This is copyright infringement and insult, because I am the Pocher! The video has been online for 24 hours . My lawyer is on! " In the short clip you can see the comedian at the table forming a heart for the camera with his hand and the hand of the other person.

With his beard painted on, Pocher is clearly recognizable as Michael Wendler. On his plate, he formed another symbol with vegetables that hinted at the hit star: A Twitter picture that allegedly showed Wendler's best piece recently caused a stir. The sub-line in Pocher's video is "I love myself forever". After his own clip, the comedian added the "original" by Michael Wendler and his girlfriend for direct comparison.

#FreePocher as a direct response to the criminal complaint

Last Sunday, Oliver Pocher had already responded to Michael Wendler's criminal complaint for alleged "copyright infringement and insult". He wrote in a post with the hashtag #FreePocher that he was on the run as a result of the hunt, but was still able to sell this video "with his last strength". He was very far away and incognito on the move, he added dressed in a ski outfit in the accompanying clip. The passing colleague Martin Klempnow (46) finally told Pochers followers that the comedian is on a skiing holiday in Kitzbühel.

This led to the Wendler-Pocher duel

The Wendler-Pocher dispute arose from the reaction of Pocher and his wife Amira to Laura Müller's car gift. The 19-year-old documented via Instagram how she gave her friend, Michael Wendler, a luxury car. "Baby", "Schatzi" and "I love you" could be heard several times. With his parody of the video, Pocher triggered a veritable Wendler challenge. The comedian re-enacted the video with his wife and wrote the following about his version: "My sweetheart gave me a car spontaneously in front of the camera of her first money !!!" The punch line at the end: Instead of Wendler's black pick-up truck, Pocher is given a pink toy car. In his Instagram story, the 41-year-old subsequently showed further parodies of the Laura clip, in which pans, skateboards or beer cans were given away.
