While La France insoumise pleads for a common list from the Nupes to the Europeans, Olivier Faure considers an autonomous socialist list more likely, because “the decision of the communists and ecologists to leave under their own colors did not make it possible to study the necessary conditions for a common list”, he recalled. Without commenting on the initiative of the former socialist candidate for the presidential election, Ségolène Royal, to carry a union list, he repeated that “the project dictated the alliances, and not the reverse: in all Logically, if our partners were to evolve, we would take part in the discussions”.
Do not focus “only on the European election”
