A 62-year-old Romanian drove his truck on the Tauern Autobahn near Flachau almost into the back of a traffic jam. He swerved the vehicle to the left and crashed into the guard rails. He then continued driving undeterred.
Another road user reported the incident to the police. A patrol finally stopped the Romanian. The breathalyzer test showed a blood alcohol level of over two per mille. The 62-year-old’s driver’s license and vehicle keys were confiscated. He was reported.
