On the board: Attention, the program is changing programming

In the midst of the presidential campaign, the program “Au tableau” had planned to return to the air on March 22 on Canal+. But it is on myCANAL that it will finally be available in preview and in clear the same day.

The program will then be broadcast in its entirety on March 27 at 9:10 p.m. on C8. In this issue, viewers will find Yannick Jadot, Valérie Pécresse, Fabien Roussel and Éric Zemmour in front of children aged between 8 and 12, who will not be afraid to ask unexpected and sometimes destabilizing questions to the candidates. And according to journalist Caroline Delage, who is behind the program, it is the children who write their questions.

“We told them everything we knew about the candidates, about their program of course, but also about more personal things like their passion, their childhood. This fed the children… and the questions abounded! On the air, all the questions come from them, even if they cannot ask them all because we are still trying to bring about a form of coherence, ”she assures Télé Loisirs.

Note that three candidates will not participate in the show. Marine Le Pen, who had already refused in 2017, refuses to be asked questions by children she does not want to “involve in politics”. Jean-Luc Mélenchon, who played the game five years ago, was unable to honor the invitation due to his schedule. Finally, Emmanuel Macron, current President of the Republic, was unable to participate in the filming.
