It’s not the feature of the year for Twitter, but this new tool will allow those who communicate a lot in private to keep their favorite conversation at the top of the pile. Previously reserved for Twitter Blue subscribers, the “Pinned DM” feature is now available on all accounts, as announced on Thursday, February 17 by the company. By swiping from left to right on a conversation, the user will discover a new pin pictogram, as already seen on tweets. By tapping on it, a new category called “Pinned conversations” appears in private messages. Up to six conversations can be pinned. In the process of being deployed, the function does not yet seem to be available on certain versions of the social network, and in particular on the Web version.
Keep your fave DM convos easily accessible by pinning them! You can now pin up to six conversations that will stay at the top of your DM inbox.
