In summer, “Once Upon a Time in Hollywood” finally releases a new Tarantino movie. Now there is the poster to admire.
Film lovers are eagerly awaiting the new film by cult director Quentin Tarantino (55, “Pulp Fiction”). On the 15th of August, “Once Upon a Time in Hollywood” will start in German cinemas – now you can admire the official movie poster. It shows the two main actors Brad Pitt (55) and Leonardo DiCaprio (44), who cast a pretty cool and stylish duo in their roles. Apparently, DiCaprio, who posted the movie poster with the comment “Hollywood. 1969. #OnceUponATimeInHollywood” on Twitter, apparently also finds this .
The starred film is set in Los Angeles at the time when film actress Sharon Tate – impersonated by Margot Robbie (28, “The Wolf of Wall Street”) – is being heavily murdered by members of the Manson Family. At the heart of the story are Rick Dalton (DiCaprio), a movie star who is on the decline, and his longtime stunt double Cliff Booth (Pitt). Both are struggling to deal with a Hollywood that they no longer recognize. The link? Rick has a very famous neighbor: Sharon Tate.
The density of Hollywood stars could not be greater in Tarantino’s new movie. In addition to DiCaprio, Pitt and Robbie, Damian Lewis (48), Dakota Fanning (25), Al Pacino (78), Lena Dunham (32), Rumer Willis (30) and many other stars will also perform. It is also the last film to feature the recently deceased “Riverdale” star Luke Perry (1966 – 2019).
