Liam invites Niall and Louis to the studio for a mini reunion

Liam Payne is currently working on his second solo album. Now he was apparently back in the studio with Louis Tomlinson and Niall Horan.
At least some of the members of One Direction have apparently celebrated a small reunion. Liam Payne (29) is said to have been in the studio with Niall Horan (29) and Louis Tomlinson (31), as reported by the British “The Sun”.. There the trio recorded a song together for Payne’s new record.

“Liam is good friends with Niall and Louis and loved hanging out with them when they were all in Los Angeles,” a source told the tabloid. Being back in the studio together felt natural for the three singers. So they just sang a song together. The musicians would have felt like “in the old days”. “The producers hope that Liam [das Lied] takes to his finished album, fans will love it,” adds the anonymous source.
About a week ago, Payne had confirmed in an interview with “iFL TV”.that he is working on a new album. He’s looking forward to releasing this one, “and I definitely want to go on tour”. It’s not known when exactly the record might be released, but it’s been almost four years since he made his solo debut. “LP1” was released in December 2019. He was previously best known for being one of the five members of the popular boy band One Direction. In 2015, however, his colleague Zayn Malik (30) left the band. In 2016 Payne, Tomlinson, Horan and Harry Styles (29) announced a break for the band.
