(Boursier.com) — OneExperience changes its name to Immo Blockchain with the ambition of becoming the first French platform for land investments in “security tokens”.
Specialist in dynamic management of land assets, One Experience takes a new turn by adopting Blockchain technology. Renamed Immo Blockchain, the group aims to put a portfolio of 200 million euros of real estate assets on the Blockchain market and reaffirms its desire to reach 100 ME in annual turnover within 5 years. It is clearly specified that this is an ambition and not an objective or a forecast.
Immo Blockchain will issue “security tokens” with underlying residential (co-living), office (flex office), event and tourist properties. The group will thus allow holders of cryptocurrencies to diversify their investments with real estate assets, which are inherently low risk, and holders of real estate investments to benefit from the advantages of the Blockchain.
In this dynamic of innovation and acceleration via the Blockchain, Immo Blockchain plans to transfer its shares to continuous listing on Euronext Growth Paris during the first half of the year.
The change of the group’s corporate name will be proposed to the next General Meeting of Shareholders.
