Saturday September 23, 2023, a young 15-year-old teenager named Lina disappeared without a trace in Bas-Rhin. That day, the young woman had planned to meet her boyfriend Tao near Strasbourg. She had therefore left her home in the morning to reach the station on foot, to take a train to her destination. Unfortunately, Lina never made it to the station. In fact, she was seen on the road by witnesses for the last time around 11 a.m., before disappearing without a trace. Since then, the authorities have been investigating to find out what happened to this uneventful teenager. During their investigations, the investigators in charge of this case discovered that Lina had filed a rape complaint against two men just a few months before no longer giving any sign of life. In the end, the teenager’s complaint was dismissed for “insufficiently characterized offense” in April 2023.
Psychiatric expert says one of men accused of rape by Lina is ‘limitless’
Thursday May 9, 2024, the regional newspaper called THE Latest news from Alsace made new revelations on the very worrying profile of one of the two men whom Lina accused of rape. The suspect in question had already been at the heart of an investigation for a double rape committed against girls aged 15 and 16 in the past. Only 20 years old, this man had also been convicted twice by the courts for acts of violence against two girlfriends. The psychiatric expertise carried out on this individual concluded that this was a man “limitless”, “who lives in denial”, and to the “certain criminal danger”. So many revelations that shocked Lina’s mother. The latter also judged “incomprehensible” that his daughter’s complaint against this man was dismissed more than a year ago. Despite this, a confrontation was nevertheless planned between Lina and the man she accused of rape. This face-to-face meeting had also been scheduled only two months before the teenager disappeared into the wild. However, there is currently no evidence that this man is involved in this affair.
