Fans were finally able to discover this Thursday, August 31, the One Piece live action series, adapted from the best-selling manga in the world by Eiichiro Oda (105 volumes available from Glénat).

For the general public who knew neither the original work nor its animated adaptation, this Netflix series allowed them to become familiar with its main hero Monkey D. Luffy, but also with his comrades in arms who form the Hat crew. of straw: Roronoa Zoro, Nami, Sanji or even Usopp.

Supervised by the author of the manga, the One Piece series seems to have managed to seduce both fans of this universe and the general public.
