OnePlus 11 Pro: an impressive technical sheet leaked on the net

In the smartphone industry, it has become almost impossible to keep a part of mystery before the release of products. And it’s not OnePlus who will say the opposite. Visuals of the next 11 Pro were already revealed on the net, but today it is the turn of its technical sheet to be unveiled.

It is once again the French leaker OnLeaks (in partnership with 91Mobiles) who disseminated the information. And according to him, the Chinese brand intends to target the very high end.

This OnePlus Pro would be equipped with a 6.7-inch Amoled panel displaying in QHD+ and offering an image refresh rate of up to 120 Hz. The previous model benefited from LTPO technology, which allows said refresh to vary from 1 to 120 Hz. We can therefore legitimately think that this will be the case here too.

Under the hood, we should find the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, not yet announced, but called to be the most powerful SoC at Qualcomm. Coupled with 16 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage, it should allow unfailing fluidity in multitasking and gaming.

In photos, the firm would have opted for a triple rear sensor consisting of a 50-megapixel wide-angle module, a 48-megapixel ultra-wide-angle and a 32-megapixel telephoto lens. The latter should allow an optical zoom x2, less than its predecessor. The brand does not seem ready to incorporate a periscopic sensor, which has nevertheless become widely available on this type of product. There would be a 16 Mpx sensor at the front for selfies.

Autonomy would be ensured by a 5000 mAh battery compatible with fast charging at 100 W. We would have thought that OnePlus would implement the charging at 150 W, recently introduced on the OnePlus 10T, but this should not be the case. It’s still more than the previous model (at 80 W) and should fill up in about twenty minutes.

The price and release date of the OnePlus 11 Pro are still unknown. No wonder since this smartphone is expected in the first quarter of 2023.
