The OnePlus 10 Pro was recently launched in Germany and aims to conquer the high-end segment. With the OnePlus Ace, a mid-range cell phone will soon be presented that really packs a punch and could be really dangerous for the Samsung Galaxy A53 – if there weren’t a small catch.
OnePlus Ace charges the battery with 150 watts
With the OnePlus Ace, a very interesting mid-range cell phone will be presented on April 21 in China. The unbelievably high loading speed catches the eye. OnePlus uses SuperVOOC with 150 watts. So that’s the smartphone 50 percent charged in 5 minutes. The battery has a capacity of 4,500 mAh and should ensure a long runtime. For comparison: The current high-end model OnePlus 10 Pro only charges with 80 watts. A Samsung Galaxy A53 has just 25 watts.
But the other technical data of the OnePlus Ace are also interesting. A 6.7-inch AMOLED display is installed, which has a resolution of FHD+ and supports 120 Hz. The processor comes MediaTek Dimensity 8100 used, which has up to 12 GB RAM and a maximum of 256 GB internal memory. As for the camera, there is a 50 MP main sensor, 8 MP ultra wide angle and 2 MP macro sensor. A telephoto lens is missing.
The fingerprint sensor is built into the display of the OnePlus Ace, it’s coming directly use Android 12 and of course there is a 5G modem on board. You have to do without the “Alert Slider”. This is not the case with this model. A price is not yet known.
