OnePlus: The company behind the

OnePlus Nord 2T surfaced

Some time ago, OnePlus introduced the Nord series for its mid-range smartphones. The first OnePlus Nord smartphone was also a really good model that attracted a lot of attention at a price of around 400 euros. After that, the development felt like it stopped. The OnePlus Nord 2 couldn’t keep up with smartphones from Samsung or Xiaomi in many areas. With the OnePlus Nord 2T is now announcing another smartphone. Does it work better there? Let’s look at the specifications:

Although the OnePlus Nord 2T has not yet been officially launched, Aliexpress has already listed it with all the specifications. Compared to the predecessor, not much has changed in terms of equipment. It is particularly unfortunate that there is no 120 Hz display. OnePlus continues to rely on 90 Hzwhile the competition from Samsung and Xiaomi offer more in the price range of 400 euros.

The processor has received a small update with the new generation of the MediaTek Dimension 1300. There is also 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal memory. This is on the same level as the competition. There is a triple camera with a 50 MP main sensor, 8 MP ultra wide angle and 2 MP monochrome sensor. In order to stand out from the competition, you would have had to use a telephoto lens. OnePlus scores again with a quick charge function of 80 watts. The battery is the same as before with 4,500 mAh. The operating system is Android 12.

OnePlus Nord 2T without real innovation

The OnePlus Nord 2T has undergone such minimal improvements compared to the OnePlus Nord 2 that one neither from the OnePlus Nord nor from the Nord 2. Compared to the Galaxy A53, the faster charging function is available, but the smartphone is neither waterproof nor does it have 120 Hz on board or the option to expand the memory. The Samsung cell phone also has a larger battery, there are five years of updates and the price has meanwhile fallen sharply (check out Saturn). We are curious if the information about the OnePlus Nord 2T will be confirmed.
