There are currently good technology offers in the Aldi online shop. Among other things, the discounter sells a smart TV from Hisense at a reduced price. However, the offer is only available until January 8th.

The Hisense television offers a 50-inch QLED display with 60 Hertz and uses the manufacturer’s own VIDAA U5.0 as the operating system for apps and streaming services. The device supports Dolby Vision, HDR, HDR10, HDR10+, HLG as well as Dolby Atmos and Dolby Digital Plus.

If you wish, you can also control the TV by voice via Amazon Alexa. In addition to a triple tuner for cable, satellite and DVB-T2, there are also various connections. In addition to three HDMI 2.1 inputs, there is also a composite video connection, two USB sockets and an optical audio, headphone, LAN and smart card connection.

Of course, you shouldn’t expect a premium television in this price segment. However, the equipment is right for the money and you get a solid smart TV for everyday use.
