As always, the opening of the 77th Bregenz Festival was a show in which fashion played a leading role alongside culture.
“Of course it’s also about seeing and being seen,” ex-“Mister” and entrepreneur Mike Galeli didn’t even beat around the bush. He consciously uses the festival season for networking. For him, however, what happens on stage always comes first: “Ever since I worked in Turandot as the Persian prince, the festival fever hasn’t let me go!” The young entrepreneurs Aleksandra Mladenovic and Michaela were also impressed by the unique ambience Birch from Bregenz. They run a fashion shop together: “At the festival you have the opportunity to dress in a classy and elegant way. We really appreciate that.” Brigitte Salzmann came to the opening in a floral dress, the inspiration came from her husband: “He thought that this dress went well with Madame Butterfly.” Girlfriend Nicole Schedler could only agree with this opinion. She herself dressed up for the big show in Italy – “true to the motto ‘Dolce Vita’, of course!” Green as hope The enchanting summery robe that Maresa Hoffmann, communications expert at Zumtobel, dressed up in, comes from Greece. As always, the singer and journalist Chantal Dorn was dressed stylishly, beaming in a green jumpsuit. “Green is my favorite color and the color of hope. So let’s hope for a nice festival time!” Widespread this year were the designs by Vorarlberg designer Sigrun Brändle, as well as bright colors and feminine cuts. “Double Lottchen” “I am impressed by the fashion sense of the festival visitors. The outfits and accessories are very harmoniously matched,” style consultant Daniela Erath-Mohr was full of praise. But she made a small “faux pas” herself: she wore the same designer skirt as fashion “grande dame” Uli Zumtobel…
