A new bar is now opening at Praterstraße 18 in Leopoldtstadt in the club of the same name “Praterstrasse”, which also houses the pizzeria “Superstrada 18”.
Bar expert Daniel Schober wants to create a counterpoint to the numerous American bars in Vienna with the new bar. Highballs are the focus here: According to the highball principle, the bartenders always build the drinks in the glass and top them with a sparkling filler. Instead of the citrus slice, it is garnished with dried fruits. These serve in beautiful glass vessels at the bar as bar decoration and in the drink as a particularly chic garnish. For the eye, a MicroGreen is placed on top of the double-frosted ice. For the nose, we use homemade aromatic perfumes made from high-percentage neutral alcohol and essential oils and essences from the pharmacy. The offer is rounded off with some cocktail classics, where the espresso martini is a must. The grand opening will take place on April 3rd, accompanied by pizza and antipasti.
