OPJ actress found dead at home

She was only 30 years old. Famous for having interpreted the role of Joséphine Fleury, medical examiner, in the series OPJ from season 2, after the departure of Clémentine Julienne, Marion Campan died August 15. The actress was found dead at her home in Saint-Paul, on the island of Reunion, reports The liberated Dauphiné.

The actress was to return on August 20 to Metropolitan France. A week before his death, the team of the series broadcast in particular on France 3 had just finished filming. Season 4 of the French detective show was filmed from May 18 to August 9. According to information from the Reunionese media Infoa judicial inquiry was opened by the Saint-Denis public prosecutor’s office “in order to establish with certainty the circumstances of the death”. His sister opened a kitty with the aim, in particular, of cover repatriation costs.

Relatives of Marion Campan collapsed

The day after the tragedy, in a Facebook post, Chloé Campan, the sister of the actress, confirmed the news. “As you may have discovered, Marion left us yesterday, August 15th”, she wrote. Via this post, she also refers towards a jackpot on line. On the dedicated page, Chloé Campan wanted to explain the reasons for this request. “It’s very hard to go through the networks and expose yourself like this, but today, I make this choice alone and reluctantly”, she explains. Faced with this tragic news, the sister of the interpreter of Joséphine Fleury launches an appeal to offer those who wish to “participate in any way in this whole organization”particularly with regard to the preparation of a ceremony and the travel of their parents. Nearly €19,000 have already been harvested.
