The photo technical sheet of the Oppo Find X5 Pro promises. Even if the microscope lens of the Find X3 Pro would have a priori been abandoned for this model.
The Oppo Find X5 Pro therefore seems to have to take over from the Oppo Find X3 Pro. Yesterday, we learned a lot about its technical sheet, in particular the probable presence of a QHD + 120 Hz LTPO screen or a 5000 mAh battery coupled with 80 W fast charging.
Today, it is his probable photo configuration that becomes clear. A developer with an unpronounceable nickname, MlgmXyysd, has published (via XDA) what he claims is the datasheet for his photo block. Here’s what we can expect:
To start, we would have a Sony IMX709 32 megapixel RGBW front sensor. Clearly, this is a sensor that incorporates a slightly different structure than usual. In addition to red, green and blue photosites, it incorporates white photosites to, theoretically, capture more light.
DOL-HDR for ultra wide-angle
On the back, the Find X5 Pro would offer a 50-megapixel Sony IMX766 sensor, coupled with a wide-angle lens and an optical stabilizer. The second sensor would be a Sony IMX709 of 32 megapixels in DOL-HDR. In short, this means that it is able to take shots in HDR in a slightly more efficient way, in particular by reducing the blur.
The third sensor would not be dedicated to microscope mode this time, but to telephoto optics. It would be a 13-megapixel Samsung S5K3M5. Remember also that all this photo configuration will probably be helped by the presence of a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 and its very powerful ISP as well as a second image processing processor, the MariSilicon X.
By the way, XDA also managed to get his hands on some of the phone’s wallpapers. It’s not much, but it’s still taken.
