Oppo Find X5 Pro: stolen photos reveal its Hasselblad stamped camera

The release of the Oppo Find X5 Pro is fast approaching, but pictures of the device have already leaked on the Net. The opportunity to discover the curves and certain characteristics of this high-end smartphone.

Oppo’s Find X5 Pro intends to continue the momentum initiated by its predecessors. After a most successful Find X3 Pro, the Chinese manufacturer should unveil its new high-end smartphone at the end of February. A lot of information about the device has already leaked on the Net. In addition to the various renderings published in recent weeks, real snapshots of the mobile have also been unveiled on the Chinese social network Weibo.

Oppo has opted for shimmering colors. In the first photos posted online, we discovered a rather elegant white ceramic version. Visuals of models sporting a lacquered black and blue back made the rounds on the Web this weekend. These seem particularly reflective, which gives them a mirror effect that will inevitably divide.

This type of finish also has the annoying tendency to retain fingerprints. Even if the majority of users protect their smartphone with a shell, this choice seems questionable. In any case, we can see that the back of the phone is very similar to that of the Find X3 Pro.

Power and a Hasselblad stamp

The Find X5 Pro should offer a high-end technical sheet, capable of standing up to the flagships of Samsung, Xiaomi and others. According to the leaker Digital Chat Station, this Pro version would ship a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 coupled with 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage. The latest chip from Qualcomm promises a considerable power gain, and will notably face the Exynos 2200 from Samsung.

The SoC in question will be supported by the MariSilicon X, a chip engraved in 6 nm dedicated to image processing and artificial intelligence. The mention “Powered by MariSilicon” is also on the back of the smartphone near the sensors.

Enough to take advantage of the photo configuration, consisting of a 50-megapixel Sony IMX766 wide-angle and an ultra-wide-angle of 50 or 32 megapixels. The microscope of the previous version would give way to a telephoto lens of 13 megapixels. The set should benefit from the expertise of the Swedish Hasselblad, which already collaborates with OnePlus. Suffice to say that the merger between the two brands, which belong to the same BBK Electronics group, goes a little further than a sharing of resources in research and development.

The screen part would apparently be similar, which is good news as the Amoled LTPO panel is effective. See you in a month to discover the device from every angle.
