Opposed to wearing a mask at school, this mother loses custody of her son

After taking her 7-year-old son out of school, in opposition to the mask requirement, Rachel lost custody of her son.

This is a radical decision, to say the least. In Belfort, Rachel, mother of a 7-year-old boy, was recently deprived of parental custody, as reported by L'est Républicain. Summoned in summary proceedings on November 10 before the family court judge for having taken her little boy out of school – which constitutes a criminal offense – she is also accused of having violated the decree relating to the obligation to wear a mask at school . She would have, moreover, made conspiratorial remarks.

Fiercely opposed to wearing a mask from 6 years old, Rachel, 48, a sports instructor in associations, has decided to take her child out of school. "Is it being conspiratorial to refer to the WHO [World Health Office] protocol, which says that wearing a mask is useless? Is it being conspiratorial to assert that wearing a compulsory mask, a measure as ineffective as it is violent for children, both physically and psychologically, is a learning handicap? ", she wondered.

Against the school system

Rachel lost custody of her son as a result of the hearing. A decision she appealed. "Everyone seems deaf to a mother's love for her child", she said. And to add: “The requirement to wear a mask just precipitated my decision to remove it from a school system that I do not endorse. "

Rachel is not the only one who made the decision to take her child out of school, in response to the requirement to wear a mask at school from age 6. On the other hand, it is important to remember that in France, school is certainly not compulsory, but education is.
