(CercleFinance.com) – Oracle announced Wednesday that it will offer new features related to artificial intelligence (AI) to help companies optimize their human resources processes.
The enterprise software maker says it has updated its suite of Oracle Fusion Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) applications, which will now allow HR professionals to quickly generate content from a simple draft, for example for the publication of a job application or a performance objective.
For several weeks, Oracle has been enriching its software suites with new features related to AI and automation to help customers optimize their processes, for example in the management of their supply chain.
