From today, in successive waves and until the summer, Orange Bank customers will receive personalized communication. They will then be able to connect their Orange Bank mobile application and access a simple and secure process, which will allow them to open, independently, an account with Hello bank! and benefit from the exclusive offer that we reserve for them. They will also be able to use our banking mobility service, which will facilitate the transition and closure of the Orange Bank account.

Chloe Goldstein: Today, Orange Bank has nearly 400,000 customers with a bank account. We obviously hope to welcome as many as possible. Chloe Goldstein: As soon as they have received the personalized letter, Orange Bank customers will have access to a dedicated telephone line, where we will answer their questions and their needs. Hello bank!’s customer service consists of more than 200 advisors based in France, reachable by telephone, chat or email. This human support is real added value.

Thanks to this agreement with Orange Bank, Hello bank!, which today has just over 800,000 customers, should make a jump. Is this a way to stay in the race with BoursoBank, in particular?
