Orange: BlackRock drops below 5% of the capital – 2022-12-28 at 15:50


(CercleFinance.com) – BlackRock, acting on behalf of clients and funds it manages, told the AMF that it crossed the threshold of 5% of the capital of Orange on December 27, at the result of a decrease in the number of shares held as collateral.

The American asset management giant specified that it holds, on behalf of said clients and funds, 132,707,603 Orange shares representing the same number of voting rights, i.e. 4.99% of the capital and 4.25% of the voting rights of the telecommunications operator.
