(CercleFinance.com) – BlackRock, acting on behalf of clients and funds it manages, declared to the AMF that it crossed upwards, on September 12, the threshold of 5% of the capital of Orange, by following an increase in the number of shares held as collateral.
The declarant specified that he held, on behalf of said clients and funds, 133,272,180 Orange shares representing the same number of voting rights, ie 5.01% of the capital and 4.27% of the voting rights of the telecom operator.
