(CercleFinance.com) – Nokia has announced that it has obtained a ten-year extension to its contract with Orange Polska, to ‘support the telecom operator’s strategy of providing the best services to its customers’.
The upgraded deal, which will cover 50% of Orange’s network in northern Poland and last until 2036, will see the modernization of Orange’s existing radio network infrastructure as well as the enhancement of its 5G capabilities .
Nokia has a long-standing partnership with Orange which includes the supply of all radio technologies. The Finn also has global R&D facilities with thousands of engineers in Wroclaw and Krakow.
