(CercleFinance.com) – After the earthquake which struck Morocco on the night of September 8 to 9, Orange announced on Saturday free communications measures for Orange and Sosh general public mobile customers, in order to provide support to affected populations.
The operator’s customers have thus benefited from free calls since Saturday evening from France to Moroccan mobiles and landlines, as well as free sending of SMS / MMS. This free will be valid until September 16 inclusive.
The telecommunications group intends to mobilize in several European countries. Its subsidiaries in Belgium, Poland, Romania and Slovakia have also announced free communications to Morocco for a week.
