Orange: proposes the name of the future non-executive president

(CercleFinance.com) – Orange announces that its Board of Directors proposes the appointment of Jacques Aschenbroich as director and future non-executive Chairman of the Group.

The Board also proposed an amendment to the Company’s bylaws in order to allow a Chairman who reaches the age limit of 70 during his term of office to be able to complete the term of office of directors at Orange being four years old.

Finally, the Board took two other decisions relating to its governance: it proposes the appointment as new director of Valerie Beaulieu-James, General Manager Sales & Marketing and member of the Executive Committee of the Adecco group.

In addition, the Board proposes to renew the mandate of Ramon Fernandez as Deputy Chief Executive Officer, his current mandate ending with the separation of functions on April 4.
