(CercleFinance.com) – BNP Paribas and Crédit Industriel et Commercial, acting on behalf of Groupe Paredes, have informed the AMF that the public purchase offer (OPA) targeting Orapi securities will be reopened from February 12 to March 8 inclusive.
The initiator irrevocably undertakes to acquire, at a unit price of 6.50 euros, all of the 1,047,109 ordinary shares that it does not hold, representing 15.76% of the capital of this professional hygiene products company. .
