(CercleFinance.com) – The concert composed of the companies Nextstone Capital and Mat Immo Beaune declared to the AMF to have crossed upwards, on October 26, 2022, the threshold of 5% of the capital of the company Orpea and to hold 5.52% of the capital and 4.60% of the voting rights of this company.
This crossing of the threshold results from preliminary agreements entered into by the declarants, under the terms of which they declare that they are acting in concert vis-à-vis the company Orpea. A summary of the main clauses of these agreements will be the subject of a subsequent publication.
