A second drawdown of 650,000,000 euros has just been carried out by ORPEA. The amounts drawn during the first drawdown (€250 million) and this drawdown correspond to all Credits A1 and A3 (the characteristics of which were described in the Press Release of June 13, 2022).
These funds will be used to finance and refinance the general needs of the Group (including, but not limited to, debt service and investment expenses) as well as all commissions, costs and expenses due of the Financing Agreement.
