The shareholders are informed of the availability to them of the report drawn up on May 24, 2023 by the firm SORGEM Evaluation, which acted as an independent expert with the mission of rendering an opinion, in accordance with Article 261-3 of the General Regulations of the Autorité des marchés financiers, on the fairness of the Company’s financial restructuring project for the Company’s shareholders.
