(CercleFinance.com) – Orpea indicates that the remote voting period on the accelerated safeguard plan, for all classes of affected parties, is extended until June 27 at 12:00 p.m. and, with regard to the class of shareholders, at 3 p.m.
The Ehpads group adds that the date of the meetings which will be held face-to-face, including the class of shareholders gathered in classes of affected parties, is set for June 28 (instead of June 16).
As a reminder, Orpea had announced on June 12 the decision of the judicial administrators to extend the period of remote voting of the classes of affected parties concerned and to postpone the meetings initially scheduled for June 16.
