(Boursier.com) — The 2021 turnover ofOrpea amounted to 4,285 ME, up 9.2% (including +5% organic growth). This change notably includes the contributions of new establishments opened in 2021, acquisitions made (including First Care, Belmont and Brindley in Ireland and Sensato in Switzerland) and the increase in the level of activity. EBITDAR (EBITDA before rents) amounts to 1,068 ME, i.e. a margin of 24.9% on 2021 turnover.
Net financial debt stands at 7,767 ME. The increase observed is mainly the result of construction and external growth investments made during 2021. At the end of 2021, cash stood at 1,042 ME.
