(CercleFinance.com) – The Orpéa group announces that it filed a complaint on December 20 against Yves Le Masne, its former manager, concerning facts likely to characterize offenses of misuse of property or company credit, breach of trust, complicity, concealment or money laundering.
Yves le Masne was Deputy Chief Executive Officer from 2006 then Chief Executive Officer from 2010.
On January 30, 2022, the Board of Directors terminated his duties as Chief Executive Officer.
The group specifies that this complaint completes a first complaint against unnamed persons filed in April 2022 relating to “the actions of certain former managers or employees”.
