ORPEA filed a new complaint on December 20, 2022, this time against Yves Le Masne, relating to facts likely to characterize offenses of misuse of company property or credit, breach of trust, complicity , concealment or laundering.
Yves le Masne was Deputy Chief Executive Officer from 2006 then Chief Executive Officer from 2010.
On January 30, 2022, the Board of Directors terminated his duties as Chief Executive Officer.
This complaint completes a first complaint against unnamed persons filed in April 2022 and regularly updated by the company, relating to the actions of certain former managers or employees.
ORPEA is continuing its investigations and will work, if necessary, on additional complaints that could be filed against the parties concerned. It will also continue to bring any discovery of financial embezzlement to the attention of the Public Prosecutor of Nanterre.
