(CercleFinance.com) – Orpea announces the launch of the Estates General on its establishments in France via a participatory platform and by opening the doors of its establishments in order to establish “an open and transparent dialogue” with all stakeholders . This first phase will be organized from mid-May to mid-June in around fifty establishments in addition to the digital platform.
‘Thus, all those who participate, directly and indirectly, in the life and well-being of the residents will be able to meet, exchange, share their experiences in a spirit of transparency and proximity to build the future together and co-design concrete proposals for improvement”, assures the group.
In the autumn, a second stage will be organized in order to summarize the contributions, present the main points of consensus and disagreement and draw up an assessment of the measures adopted by the group as part of its transformation.
