Orpea: results of its capital increase


(CercleFinance.com) – Orpea announced on Friday the results of its capital increase with removal of preferential subscription rights for shareholders reserved for named persons, namely the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations (CDC), Mutuelle Assurance des Instituteurs de France ( MAIF), CNP Assurances and MACSF Epargne Retraite with a priority right granted to Existing Shareholders of the Company.

The capital increase concerns an amount (issue premium included) of 1,160,080,552 euros, through the issue of 65,173,064,696 new shares at an issue price of 0.0178 euros per New Share.

At the end of the subscription priority period which ended on December 12, 2023, the request from Existing Shareholders amounted to 5,625,195 New Shares.

Consequently, the 65,173,064,696 New Shares issued as part of the Group Capital Increase were subscribed for 5,625,195 New Shares subscribed by the Existing Shareholders in exercise of their priority right, i.e. approximately 0 .1 million euros and 65,167,439,501 New Shares subscribed by the members of the Group, in accordance with their subscription commitment, i.e. a total of approximately 1,160 million euros.
