Orpea: the new shares will list on March 22

(Boursier.com) — We know the terms of the Orpea share consolidation. It will take place through the exchange of 1,000 old shares with a value of 0.01 EUR for 1 new share to be issued with a nominal value of 10 Euros.

The period of the consolidation operation runs from February 20 to March 21, 2024 inclusive. The listing of the new shares will begin on March 22.

Note the suspension of the deferred settlement service for old shares from February 27.
