(Boursier.com) — By order of the Judge Commissioner appointed as part of the accelerated safeguard procedure forOrpeathe Ledouble firm, acting as an independent financial expert, was appointed to draw up two valuation reports in view of the implementation of the financial restructuring of Orpea.
On June 23, the judicial administrators sent these reports, intended for the procedural bodies, to Orpea.
The first expert report concerns the valuation of the group in business continuity. This report leads the independent expert to favor a range of values between 6 and 7 billion euros
The second report concerns the valuation of Orpea SA in a liquidating situation including a scenario of realization of the assets taken individually and a disposal scenario of all of Orpea’s assets to a buyer. This report leads the independent expert to consider that the best estimate of the net asset value is between 2.6 and 3.7 billion euros.
