(Boursier.com) — The Board of Directors ofOSE Immunotherapeutics, on the recommendation of the Appointments and Remuneration Committee, proposed the appointment of Doctor Eric Leire as an independent director. “This appointment reflects the company’s desire to broaden the skills and expertise within its Board and to strengthen its international dynamics to support its growth”.
The Board of Directors also proposes the appointment of Nicolas Poirier (Chief Executive Officer of OSE Immunotherapeutics) as director, and of Anne-Laure Autret-Cornet (Chief Financial Officer) as director representing the employee shareholders who voted in favor. The renewal of the mandates of Professor Brigitte Dréno and Professor Gérard Tobelem as independent directors is also proposed.
Remember that Eric Leire has international professional experience, both in the United States and in Europe, in biotechnology and in the pharmaceutical industry. He is currently Chairman and CEO of Genflow Biosciences Ltd.
