(CercleFinance.com) – Osmozis announces the acquisition, in the United Kingdom, of Camping Connect, a British provider of WiFi solutions intended for the leisure industry (campsites, holiday villages), which would offer ‘strong commercial synergies with Osmozis ‘.
For the 2022-23 financial year, ending October 31, 2023, Camping Connect should achieve an estimated turnover of €1.9 million.
Osmozis intends to integrate the company’s 14 employees as well as the two entrepreneurs who manage it, so that they can continue the development of the company in their current position.
The amount of the acquisition of 100% of the shares of Camping Connect amounts to 2.2 ME. It will be paid 70% in cash, thanks to the proceeds of the fundraising carried out in 2023, and 30% in self-held Osmozis shares, valued on the basis of a fixed price per share of 10.25 euros.
