Ivanka Trump is leaving Donald’s side politically

Ivanka Trump has been a supportive political voice for her father Donald, even an advisor during his presidency. In the ex-president’s efforts to run again as a Republican for the highest office, she no longer wants to help him politically.
Donald Trump wants to run again for the Republicans in the US election in 2024. His 41-year-old daughter Ivanka Trump will not be by his side this time, at least not politically. In a statement, the former president’s daughter announced that she wanted to focus on her family.
“I love my father very much. This time I am choosing to prioritize my young children and the personal life we create as a family,” read one Statement in Trump’s Instagram stories. “Although I will always love and support my father, going forward I will do so outside of the political arena.”
At Donald Trump’s appearance at his Mar-a-Lago, Florida estate, Ivanka Trump’s absence, alongside Trump’s wife Melania and son Eric, was conspicuous. The Republican also mentioned both in his speech. Donald Trump Jr. also missed his father’s appearance – but due to a flight cancellation.
She thanks Americans
On Instagram, Ivanka Trump continues to affirm that she is grateful to have been able to serve Americans and that she is proud of many of the accomplishments of her administration. The 41-year-old followed her father to the White House as an advisor after his victory in 2016, as did her husband Jared Kushner.
According to a report, Ivanka and her husband knew before Trump’s official “comeback” announcement that they would not be a part of it. As an insider “CNN” reportedly said three days ago that she would “never go back to this life”.
