The recipe for oatmeal pancakes

- 1 whole egg
- 1 teaspoon of powdered sugar
- 40 cl of semi-skimmed milk (or vegetable milk)
- 180 g oatmeal
- 5 g of fine salt
The preparation steps:
Step 1 : in a bowl, mix together: powdered sugar, salt, milk and oatmeal.
2nd step : beat the egg lightly into an omelet then add it to the previous mixture. Mix again.
Step 3: cover the bowl with cellophane paper and let stand for at least 1 hour at room temperature.
Step 4: Then heat a non-stick pan, then pour a ladle of oatmeal pancake batter onto the hot pan. Cook, 2 to 3 minutes, until small bubbles form on the surface of the pancake. Turn it over and cook for another 2 minutes so that the oatmeal pancake is golden on both sides.

Ingredients :
- 4 peaches
- 250 g blackberries
- 180 g brown sugar
- 125 g flour
- 125 g oatmeal
- 150g butter
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
The preparation steps:
Step 1 : cut the butter into pieces and leave it at room temperature. Rinse and drain the blackberries.
2nd step : cut the peaches in half and remove their pits. Cut them into quarters, then into 2.

Ingredients :
- 60 g oatmeal
- 1 egg
- 120 g flour
- 70 g caster sugar
- 60 g butter
- 1 sachet of baking powder
- 60g dried cranberries
The preparation steps:
Step 1 : preheat your oven to 180 ° C.
2nd step : in a bowl, pour the oatmeal, flour, powdered sugar, vanilla sugar and baking powder. Mix and dig a well.
Step 3: melt the butter in the microwave and add it to the preparation.

- 1/2 glass of flour
- 1/2 glass of oatmeal
- 6 tablespoons of soft butter
The preparation steps:
Step 1 : preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
