Tuesday: Green salad with turkey skewers
This salad literally screams for summer: The apricots make it nice and fruity, Roquefort in the dressing gives the whole thing the icing on the cake. Wednesday: Tortelli with tomato ragout

Thursday: Eggplant Salad with Sesame Tofu

Friday: Fried salmon with strawberry and chilli salsa

Saturday: Tacos with paprika chicken

Sunday: Fettuccine with zucchini
