Tuesday: mince skewers with parsley salad

The mince skewers are ideal for grilling, but you can also fry them in the pan. The highlight: They are wrapped in bacon and taste even more aromatic. A parsley salad with tomatoes is a side dish. The recipe: mince skewers with parsley salad

Our vegetarian garden pizza tastes like pure summer: Colorful tomatoes, spring onions and olives add color to the plate. On top there is halloumi and parmesan. To the recipe: garden pizza

Thursday: pasta with zucchini and ricotta sauce

At the end of the week we prepare a somewhat more elaborate dish with the lamb hip, which looks great: next to the meat, potatoes, shallots and cherry tomatoes cooked in the oven are placed on the plate.
