The “Outer Range” series will launch on Amazon Prime Video on April 15. Actor Josh Brolin will star in this fantasy western.
He will play the character of Royal Abbot, a breeder at the head of a ranch in Wyoming who makes it a point of honor to defend his land and his family. As the Abbots try to come to terms with the disappearance of their daughter-in-law, Rebecca, the tension escalates when the Tillersons – owners of the neighboring ranch who will do anything for their profit – threaten to seize part of their their land.
The sudden and unexplained appearance of a mysterious black hole in the Abbots’ pasture will set off a chain of events where secrets from the past resurface that threaten to upend the lives of everyone involved.
