The event takes us aboard the ship Galactrius Infinite For parts in PvPvE where two teams compete on a map of the type Offensive four-pointnamely a modified version of Horizon Lunar Colony. Blizzard details the event:

Before you start looking for a game, you’ll have to make a choice: will you ally with the Rebel Sentinels or join the Infinite Empire? If your loyalty is not vested in any particular camp, you can register as a mercenary to quickly access the next mission; you will then fight for the side assigned to you.
The Infinite Empire does not tolerate being challenged and has a formidable arsenal to neutralize intruders. This team has a special artillery, installed on board the ship, which attacks the Sentinels.
But the Sentinels didn’t come without reinforcements, and Bonebreaker will lend you a hand to rescue 3CH-0, embodied by Echo. Both teams will benefit from taking advantage of the gravity tanks scattered around the map: when a barrel is destroyed, it creates a dangerous black hole despite its small diameter, because it attracts all nearby characters and makes them vulnerable to attacks.

In this tale, the Sentinels narrowly escape the clutches of the Galactic Emperor Sigma, but their friend 3CH-0 is captured. Worse still, the Infinite Empire plans to reprogram it into a mighty weapon that threatens the entire galaxy. These events precede the mission where the Sentinels try to rescue 3CH-0 aboard the ship of the Infinite Empire.
Victories for the Sentinels and the Infinite Empire will be tallied, and which side wins the most battles will determine the fate of the galaxy in a second comic to be released after the in-game event.

This matches our vision for this hero, and our team is happy with its performance in this regard. We’ve also reduced his weapon spread, but this only slightly increased his kill rate (you really have to look closely at the data to see a change). It’s also worth pointing out that Vital has one of the lowest, and possibly the lowest, kill rates among support characters in the game. is too big, but the point is that Vital takes consistent damage that puts him in the upper middle range compared to other supports.
In short, our support hero has one of the highest heal rates and one of the lowest kill rates in the game. That’s a good thing, isn’t it? But there you have it: Overwatch isn’t just a series of numbers assigned to the weapons and abilities of its heroes and heroines. Players need a good reason to choose one character over another. In Vital’s case, it’s his utility abilities that are meant to set him apart. Salvation’s Grasp and Petal Platform have the potential to change the course of a game, but they’re not reliable enough. When they work well, these abilities can swing battles, but are too often neglected or misused, whether by Vital or his team.
Here’s what we’re looking at for future Vital tweaks. We want playing Vital over another character to be a stronger choice. If your current character is not suitable for you for some reason (because of the opponent’s card or composition, for example), what strong argument would be likely to steer you towards Vital? Other changes like a slight buff to Volley of Thorns or a reduction in collision mask may come later, but overall we’ll be looking to further highlight Vital’s strengths and clearly define his role. on the team. This may mean further strengthening his healing via a new passive, or adding additional effects to his utility abilities. With a defense-focused character, we have to be careful when upgrading their raw healing and defensive abilities, because if excessive, these changes can negatively impact the overall flow of fights. These are our first tracks, but we hope to be able to roll out the next set of changes for Season 5.
You would have understood it, Vital will still be entitled to changes to make him a Hero really impacting and which brings a real added value compared to the other characters of Support depending on the situation.
