If you play Overwatch 2, you probably didn’t miss it: Bastion is currently not available in the character roster. As a reminder, on October 10, Blizzard made the decision to withdraw said playable character, due to numerous problems. However, we now know when Bastion will be reintroduced on Overwatch 2.
Bastion’s return date to Overwatch 2
Indeed, Overwatch’s “commercial leader”, Jon Spector, recently indicated the Bastion return date on the game, in particular via a publication on Twitter. So, according to the information shared, the playable character Bastion should once again be available on Overwatch 2, from October 25. A news that will certainly delight players.
Good news, everyone. Bastion and Torbjorn have been located in Junkertown, and we are arranging for them to rejoin the other agents of Overwatch on 10/25.

In addition, as stated in a recent article on the official site, the Junkertown map has been temporarily removed from the map rotation due to various problems. It will be reintroduced on Overwatch 2, at the same time as Bastion, on October 25th.
